the hotel was lovely small, but i stayed for 1 night only. the location seemed unbeatable in the cactus area. what's more, it was close enough to the center of yerevan, the centre of the city, and yerevan.

The staff were helpful and very polite, everything was very good. The room was clean and included a microwave, an electric kettle, and a stovetop. A fully furnished kitchen was a plus.

The hotel is ideal, fairly clean with fair prices. The a twin room is cozy and has flat-screen television, a safe box, and a microwave.

Really enjoyed its best and excellent staff.
The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the family room was nice. Overlooked courtyard.
